Shipping Information
All orders are printed on demand and fulfilled locally where possible – I use a printing company with printers in UK, EU, US, CA, AU that can ship globally.
When your order will arrive
3-5 working days: 2-3 days printing time + 1-2 days shipping for UK, EU, US, CA, AU. All other countries may take a few days extra – I can provide more info on times for specific countries at hello@vicallen.art
Shipping is free and will include tracking.
Returns Policy
I’m a one-person business and put a lot of care into each order, so I don’t encourage returns unless absolutely necessary. That said, it’s very important to me that you’re happy with your purchase so if there is a problem please let me know.
- Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email me within 14 days of receiving it with a photo. I’ll happily send a replacement or offer a refund. - Change of mind
Under UK law, you have the right to return most items bought online within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If you’d like to return something, please contact me first. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Please note: return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and as a small independent business, these returns are a big expense for me—so I kindly ask you to buy thoughtfully. - Exclusions
Custom, personalised or made-to-order items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
